Request Description: Create an updated website design for existing website. Also, follow the format of Monclova Christian Academy for additional website portion for Nelson County Christian School Ministry. An additional feature required is to create a payment portal for school tuition. Per existing web pages from both websites, there could/would be a total 46 pages.

It was understood that the current content of the existing website will be kept and new content will be provided as we develop the new design in order to enhance the appearance and functionality. After careful consideration, the total quantity of pages (46) possibly required as requested, my recommendation is to create two separate websites with separate domain addresses. This would allow you to separate searches for each business and cater specifically to each type of “customer”. Each business entity would be found separately in search and have its individual brand, however they will refer to each other’s website. This allows prospects looking for a school system, not necessarily a church, to find the school independently and vice-versa. With independent brands, they could technically have their own social media as well for promotion of individual events or messages to their “customers” through the new method of “word-of-mouth” advertising.

Due to the additional request to accept payments, this would technically extend towards an e-commerce website.  If either the church or the school had the desire to sell products such as school supplies, t-shirts, events, sermons, books etc., they would be fully capable to do so.  The greatest advantage to this is that they can purchase products or pay for services from the comfort of wherever they have Internet service. This would be the best case scenario.

e-Commerce Package: This is the best option with all the bells and whistles. I understand this may be quite a bit more than expected, however, for a growing business like this, it will give you the best bang for the buck. I am willing to offer you two of these fully loaded for $5,400. Keep in the mind the total price for these would normally be $9,000.

SAVINGS: 40% => $4,000


  • Professional Brand: 2 Independent websites with individual branding

Premium Package: This option has a tremendous value and is generally the best option when you don’t need e-commerce. Again for a growing business like this with only opportunities as the population grows, this would be the least I would comfortably recommend. I am willing to offer you two of these for $4,000. Normally the total price for these would be $5,000.
